Following advice from the UK Government we have decided to close our offices for a minimum of 2 weeks to help contain the spread of coronavirus.
How will this affect your company?
Although all staff will be working from home, we are still able to provide full remote IT support services to you.
How can you contact us?
In exactly the same way as you normally would. Phone 01452 643515, email firstname.lastname@example.org or enter a ticket into our system.
All staff are still able to answer the main office number via their mobiles, which are just an extension of our phone system.
Please be aware that due to overwhelming volumes of support work we are prioritising getting our clients working remotely before we work on routine tickets.
What about site visits?
Again, following UK Government advice we will not be conducting any site visits or meetings for at least the next 2 weeks or until advice changes. The vast majority of our support work is conducted remotely so this shouldn't cause an issue in the short term.
